Paypal only gives 45 days to dispute a payment/charge and I was fast approaching that deadline after my payment to you without any word from you at all about my plushies being shipped.
I even waited until November 17th (almost 6 weeks from the date I paid you-Oct 10- and 2 1/2 weeks after the Nov 8th date that you were supposed to send them out), to file a dispute with paypal. I sent a note on paypal to you as well for this but that went unanswered, as well as the dispute itself.
I feel really sad because one of these was for a birthday gift and the other was supposed to be for my son (a big bronie fan) and I really, really had wanted these 2 ponies. I kept hoping that you would respond, so that I could cancel my dispute but you never did.
I wasn't notified of a deadline ahead of time like my other two commissions and I was trying to finish them up before I left because I knew when they needed to get out beforehand. I do typically work in order on my list. I did also state several times I was also working on cosplay projects in my journal for myself to go to a convention at the beginning of November so commissions could take a tad longer.
As it was, I kinda got into panic mode when I found out 4 needed to be out in a matter of three days before I was due to leave on top of packing and finishing off bits on costumes. So granted I froze up and took me a bit to get back in the swing of things after I got back on the 6th.(I left on Halloween)I fully admit to that.
When I have to make a new mane/tail pattern it can take me several times to get it close to the way I want and Rainbow Dash is by far the hardest to draft for with all the colors and I went through several patterns trying to get it close. I'd hardly been online starting around the 8th and often attempted to pull long days solely working on all of them.
I try my hardest to provide a quality product for the price you pay so that's why I may spend extra time on one over another, especially if they are new to me since I'd prefer to get it done right the first time.
I just wish I could have planned my time more accordingly knowing what deadlines you had to change my daily schedule.
In all actuality they are still yours and if you wanted them they are available. If you don't, you were fully reimbursed so you're not out any money.
Here's a copy and paste of one my email headers to you, so that you can see.
